Television: The King of All Entertainment Devices

Since the 1950s, no piece of furniture brings attention to a home's living room than a television set.  Nowadays, people grace their homes with flat screen televisions that could cover an entire wall, which is surely a centerpiece of the living room.  Whether the television set is mounted on your wall or is situated in  your entertainment center, there is no question that the electronic device has always and always will be the most treasured fixture in your home.

Who knew that the invention created by Philo Farnsworth would become so valuable in everyone's home?  Television is everywhere.  From your hand-held devices to airplanes to theme parks to sports bars, television is the "King of Entertainment."  America can't seem to have enough of the device that is at the center of entertainment.

Although it has become part of mobile devices in cellphones, laptops, and tablets, television remains the top device when viewed in the comfort of your home.  There is nothing like sitting in your comfortable chair in the living room or in your bedroom or in your "man cave" watching your favorite movies, programs, or sporting event.

Let's face it.  Television has become part of our culture.

It's like television has become "part of the family" and man's "second best friend."  The only difference is, you don't have to take it out for a walk every day.
